Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
